Principais avaliações de clientes Raphael Donaire Albino A nice overview about how we are creating knowledge 27 de janeiro de 2017 Formato: eBook Kindle Compra verificada Alexandre connects in this book subjects and questions that are surrounding the routine of twenty-first-century professionals. Based on a definition of what is a creative worker, the book inspires us to reflect on our responsibility for a career path and how we are a connection between life and work. The book presents three models of learning. On the first one (1.O) the audience receives the content from an advisor. On the second one (2.0) the audience asks an expert his opinions about some topic. And the third one (3.0) where we, as individuals, are the main actor in the learning process. The book includes good examples and it has a content developed on storytelling strategy. I suggested the read if you are looking for new ways to learn and teach in a world without division for questions like what I am and what I do. Comentar

Barry Overeem Sharing is the new teaching 9 de abril de 2017 - Publicada na Amazon.com Compra verificada

The book ‘How Creative Workers Learn‘ influenced me in a positive way as a trainer and facilitator. I’ve always embraced the idea of trying to create an environment in which everyone feels safe to collaborate and to share experiences in order to harness the power of our collective knowledge. Alexandre Magno was so kind to write a book about it He describes it as Learning 3.0. In learning 1.0 the expert defines the questions and answers. In learning 2.0 the learner defines questions, the expert defines the answer. In learning 3.0 the learner defines questions and answer. Hereby the motto is “sharing is the new teaching”. It’s up to the trainer to create an environment where the participants are invited to share experiences and create a learning atmosphere. Alexandre does a great job describing this concept in an engaging style. After reading it I couldn't wait to start putting the principles into practice! 1 pessoa achou isso útil.

Amazon Customer An eye-opener 7 de abril de 2017 - Publicada na Amazon.com I came across the term “Learning 3.0” by chance in a tweet from Jurgen Appelo in January 2016. At this point in time, I was looking for an innovative way to run better and more useful workshops and trainings. I was curious and wanted to know more about Learning 3.0. I quickly found Alex’s book “How Creative Workers Learn” and it proved to be an eye-opener to me. In his book Alex shares stories about companies and people struggling to find adequate answers to complex problems. As most of us would do, they extensively used prescriptive learning (i.e. hiring experts that solve those problems). The changing point in those stories is, when people realize that learning is best when it happens in an emergent and self-organized way. It sounds so simple and plausible, although this way of learning is hardly observable in our day-to-day work. After reading Alex’s book I started to experiment with emergent learning in my workshops and trainings. I focused more on facilitating those workshops rather than acting as an “expert” telling others how to solve their problems. The hardest task for a facilitator is to bring the right people into dialog, so that they start sharing experiences and ideas in order to solve a problem. This is where emergent learning takes place. So sharing is the key. I received very good feedback after experimenting with the ideas from Alex’s book. People told me, that they felt much more Ler mais engaged and heard during the workshops. Also the workshop results proved to be more useful to them. Since then I followed the 1 pessoa achou isso útil.

Alejandro Borrelli Pleasant surprise 28 de fevereiro de 2017 - Publicada na Amazon.com I put my hands in this book from Alexandre Magno some time ago and, until today, I read only parts of the book when I was looking for specific ideas. The full reading of this book was a pleasant surprise, as I'm doing it in a moment when I'm thinking of my priorities for career development. Although brief, the book is full of narratives and presents clear and well-articulated arguments justifying the importance of the student being a protagonist of its learning. Alexandre points out the perils and limitations of prescriptive/traditional learning to deal with complexity and introduces the idea of a learning system to overcome the limitations of the traditional approach. As I had the opportunity to follow Alexandre's work as a trainer and consultant for some time, it was especially eye opening how he stands about training and consulting services. The book also gathers an excellent list of references that may be useful for the readers that, like me, want to delve into this subject. Alexandre is beginning a journey that, in my opinion, makes a lot of sense. It seems this is the first of a sequence of books he plans to write and I would love to see this learning system in a more concrete way. I would also be glad to see some reflection about academia, the challenges and future possibilities in this world of increased speed and complexity. Ler mais 1 pessoa achou isso útil.

Hugo S. Azevedo In the environment I work at we have an amazing facilitator that always says 28 de outubro de 2015 - Publicada na Amazon.com Formato: eBook Kindle Have you ever felt run down after days of intensive training to realize that you have not really learned that much? In the environment I work at we have an amazing facilitator that always says: "We are as smart as the least outspoken person in this room. So we need an environment on which everyone feels safe to collaborate and to share experiences in order to harness the power of our collective knowledge." Alexandre Magno defines well: "Sharing is the new teaching". To keep up with the pace of information we cannot rely on a single person that knows it all. The benefits of the collective knowledge has to be harnessed to assist in decision making and to support innovation. Sometimes the least experienced may come up with the best ideas out of experiences that only that individual could have brought into the space. It's time to unleash the power of collaboration and collective knowledge and Learning 3.0 does just that. Awesome read! 1 pessoa achou isso útil.
