The Schools of Public Health Application Service (SOPHAS) allows you to apply to multiple participating schools and programs using one application. The application fee is $135, plus $50 for each additional school or program. SLU's GRE SOPHAS code is 4218.
You may apply to multiple participating health administration and health policy programs using the Health Administration Management and Policy Centralized Application Service (HAMPCAS). The application fee is $115, plus $40 for each additional school or program. SLU's GRE HAMPCAS code is 0710.
You must apply and be accepted to both dual degree programs. Two separate graduate school applications are required. To apply to public health and health administration graduate programs, use either SOPHAS or HAMPCAS. Refer to the other school/college for its admissions process.
Undergraduate applicants to the college's programs apply via slu.edu or use the Common App. Graduate applicants to the School of Social Work degree programs (applied behavior analysis, criminology and criminal justice, and social work) should apply via slu.edu.
