This guide applies to Kingsoft Writer 2012. For Kingsoft Writer 2013, see Mail Merge in Kingsoft Office 2013. In this article we would like to introduce about how to use the mail merge feature in Kingsoft Writer 2012 to create multiple letters with similar content. For teachers, this is a good feature as it can help to handle tens of emails without manually editing each of them. Imagine a teacher has 30 students in his/her class, and before the end of the semester, he/she would like to send them a letter with their average score of the semester. It is best to use some automated feature to create all the 30 letters, instead of writing each letter manually. A good news is that Kingsoft Writer has this Mail Merge feature which can accomplish this task easily. Now let's see how to use it.

You can click View Merged Data in the Preview Result group to view the actual data. You can view each result by clicking Previous Record and Next Record. Step 3 In Finish group, select Merge to Different New Documents and Press OK. All the results are saved separately.
