Excel Question...I have my adwords in an excel spreadsheet and I copy and paste into Adwords where it says Add Keywords. In my spreadsheet column 1 is a keyword phrase like house clenaing and column 2 is the city like OFallon. When I paste into Excel there are extra spaces between the keyword phrase and city and I have to manually correct that. There must be an easier way!

Hi Kathy, I'm not sure what you mean. However, if the same keyword has a space between them then you can do a search and replace of the " keyword" with "keyword". Kind regards, Andrew.
