Method: descriptive, exploratory study with quantitative approach. The population consisted of teachers from public schools, precisely 15 teachers. The instrument used for data collection was a form for characterization of teachers regarding Systemic Arterial Hypertension. The analysis included the construction of a database containing the measured values. For processing descriptive statistics, we used an Excel spreadsheet and results were presented in tables.
