satisfaction of faculty members. Employees with high-quality performance appraisal experiences were more likely to be satisfied with their job. The study divulges that the factors, such as, performance planning, feedback and counselling and procedural justice, are the factors of PMS which have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of faculty members.
