Staff behaviour there was issue with boarding from delhi on 18 march 2018 at around 4:45 am. Someone has already boarded with my name and when asked for the reason behind the error, the lady staff behave very unprofessional wise and rather than apologize for the mistake she showed attitude.

Fraud at INDIGO airlines boarding process Dear Sir,

UPSRTC - BUS CANCELATION AND REFUND ISSUE PNR.NO-ANVT3404101800017 TICKET... IRCTC Catering Services - Complaint regarding water ATM at PF no 5 , Dadar central... 1. Water once served and asked for second time is denied...

Thank you for taking out time to communicate with us.

With reference to your request, we have investigated the matter and would like to summarize our findings for you.

You were booked to travel on flight 6E- 123 from Delhi to Bengaluru which was scheduled to depart at 1600 hours on 6th January 2018. As you may be aware, a boarding gate for our flight closes 25 minutes prior to departure. Based on our records, you reported at 1604 hours which is 4 minutes past to the departure. Since our boarding gate was already closed for your flight, our staff were unable to accept you for the flight.

We would like to inform you that the seat on the original reservation went vacant and therefore as per policy the complete booking amount gets forfeited.

Adhering to the policy an amount of INR 165 towards no show taxes, comprising of passenger service fee and user development fee, will be shortly refunded to the agency account. We would request you to get in touch with the concerned travel agent to claim the refund amount.

Further, we would like to inform you that we have shared your feedback with the Airport and with the higher authorities.

Luggage Misplacement I took Indigo flight (6E 731) from my place of study (Ahmedabad) to my home town (Delhi). Since this was my final travel to my hometown, I had extra luggage. I paid INR 3900 to bring extra luggage along with me, however, because of the carelessness of the staff of airlines my entire luggage got misplaced. After hours of waiting, I was informed that it my luggage did not get lodged from Ahmedabad. The staff assured me that the luggage would reach to my place by the end of the night, however, they fail to fulfil their promise. I only happen to receive my luggage by the next day. Because of the carelessness and unprofessional behaviour of the airline, my time and money got wasted. The extra waiting at the airport costed delay in assignment I had to submit which affects my professional career. Instead of paying extra for the luggage I wanted to carry along, the service by airline was downgraded..

Indigo Airlines — wrong mail address written I made booking yesterday for del to patna. but booking is made by company agent so details as provided by company to him are registered . want to make some changes in the mob.the office no. registered so in case of any urgent notification call will connect to office landline no. and same with email ID, any mail will be sent to company id not directly to me or will be moved to spam box mistakenly entered my office mail ID kindly help me to update the same.my booking ID-MH99RN .

Fraud at INDIGO airlines boarding process Fraud at Indigo, I have been checked in and boarding pass issued, flight departure time was 16:00 PM, I have reached at gate number 13B at 15:30 PM sharp, but no one was there and gate was closed, scheduled departure time was 15:50 but I have received SMS from Indigo that departure time has been postponed to 16:00 PM.

Now, I understand the blunder Indigo is doing, they have cancelled another their flight and boarded passengers to this flight at higher rate and made people like us as victim of this fraud by missing the flight.

I need my money back or any alternate flight as soon as possible.

Bad flight experience Bad experience. Air hostesses were partial. I’m a senior citizen, in spite of that the person sitting in front of me pushed his seat back from the time he was seated till the end. Could not sit properly as there was no leg space. Air hostesses were not telling him anything. On the contrary we’re all smiles. My seat was 26 F, the unruly flyer’s Seat 25f. Flight 418 from Goa to Mumbai dated 3rd December, 2017. No more flying this airline.

Flight routed to different place Hi,

This is regarding Flight (6E-897) Bangalore to Patna (10th Nov).

I would like to have answers for below situations, as this was not expected from Indigo:-

1) This flight was suppose to land at 11AM at Patna airport but it has been routed to Kolkata due to bad air traffic and pilot was not getting signal from Patna Airport. After this pilot tried again to land this flight at Patna airport (in between 3PM-5PM). But, again it failed and second time they have been routed the flight to Kolkata Airport. At around 7PM, again they departed from Kolkata and somehow landed at Patna around 9PM (That too Kolkata to Patna is maximum 1 hour travel time). Also, at that time pilot was not getting parking space at Patna Airport.

If Patna Airport is small and you people are not able to handle it then PLEASE don't increase the flights and create such situations.

2) For lunch, Indigo was giving chips, biscuits and cashew nuts. As this was not sufficient during lunch hours, airlines was not ready to provide anything else part from this. Later on, after so much of heated discussion they were given sandwiches, noddles(that too not everyone received that). Why airlines can't provide proper food to the passengers in such situations. If food was not sufficient inside the plane then they could have easily sourced it from Kolkata Airport.

3) As you people are aware that in Bihar only one Airport is operational for public usages. In this flight many people were travelling to other cities from Patna after landing. If you are landing the flight at night then where they are going to spent whole night.

4) Many people have called taxis from different locations, and they have paid a lot of waiting charges due to this delay. Then, whom should I think responsible for all this situation.

Lost Luggage Indigo airlines lost my luggage which was very important, while travelling from Mumbai to Ahmedabad. The support staff also very weak in handling the case. After a follow-up it was found that the luggage was not loaded and it was lost before it reached the flight. This seems a case of theft. I want to know, what can be done and what I should do? The luggage was and still is very important.

High Cancellation Charge I booked Bengaluru-Goa ticket from Indigo Airlines website, for 13-Sep (onward) and 16-Sep (return) with Ref No. GJESTR on 18Aug. Total cost of ticket was 10860 INR. I had to cancel these tickets on 7-Sep due to personal reason. Indigo Airlines charged me total 8936 INR as cancellation charges, although cancellation was done 6 days before ownard journey. When I called Indigo helpline to check for any mistake, the justified the charges and gave breakup. I have two requests: 1. Indigo Airlines and should let consumer know about exact cancellation charge for any purchase, before purchase is done. 2. Indigo Airlines should reduce cancellation charges, for cancellation which are done sufficiently ahead of flight date. In this case approx 82 percent was deducted as cancellation charge, 6 days in advance, which looks high.

Charged me 200/- as I was carrying one bag of 13.9 KGS instead of 2 bags of 7 kg each?? I had a lite ticket from Goa to Mum so for me and my wife and instead of 2 bags if 7 kg each we had 1 bag of 13.9 kg and that is the reason I digital charged me 200/-. I fail to understand the logic. Why should a couple going out have 2 small bags of 7 kg each? I did not increase the payload . In fact we saved the space for the airline!! This is shocking and a very bad tactic for fleecing customers!!

Claiming of confiscated personal belonging from the airline My name is Vijesh Nair. I am an Indian armed forces personnel. I had a very bad experience flying with indigo. I boarded indigo flight 6E 223 from Delhi to kochi on 1030 AM 07 May 2017 from Delhi airport. I accidently kept my mobile power bank(Samsung 32000mah black colour) in my check in luggage. I was informed about this very late by indigo staff about less than 30 minutes left for my flight during my final boarding procedures at Delhi airport and was asked to step aside for physical check of my check-in luggage. My luggage was checked and I found my power bank inside. I was told by the indigo lady staff that the power bank has been confiscated and would not return it back to me or let me keep in my hand baggage. I requested for any ways to claim it back but was denied by the indigo staff at Delhi airport. I filed a written complaint with indigo staff for claiming my item as soon as i landed at kochi airport. The indigo staff at kochi informed that an email was sent regarding the same to Delhi indigo authority but they intimated they have disposed off the power bank within that short duration without intimating me and without any proof of doing so. As an Indian military personnel i was insulted by the way i was treated by indigo staff at Delhi airport like some terrorist carrying an explosive. Further, the airline has no right to keep custody of personal belongings of its passengers and not let them claim it back late in some manner. This is daylight stealing of personal belongings and valuables of its customers by the airline. Further the way indigo treats the defence personnel of the country is as low an Indian airline can stoop down to. In view of this, I urge my personal belonging to be returned to me or any person authorised by me at the earliest and let me know about the status of the item within 24 hours. I would like to register a formal complaint regarding this issue and to pursue legal action against the airline in case of non compliance to my request to return my personal belonging and apologise for such shameful and indecent attitude towards its passengers by the airline. I have also attached an image of the written complaint for claiming the item given to kochi airport indigo staff on arrival at kochi. I expect a positive response from the concerned authorities at the earliest regarding the same.

Fault of executive at Delhi airport Respected sir my self subhash khandelwal and I booked indigo flight for my friend from Delhi to bangalore on date 6/04/2017 flight timing was 5.20 am. Passenger was not educated. . Around 2.51 am person reached at Delhi airport and got his boarding pass but he doesn't familiar with the other formalities till boarding pass collection I help it out after that unable to guide him on phone calls so I made call to customer care at indigo they told sir you tell your guys to contact our executive at Delhi airport then I made call to my person and spoke to indigo executive and told all situation executive told no need to worry sir till boarding I will help out after that flight miss now tell me sir what services you are providing even after all situation your Delhi executive not help him out to what to do next and urgent he have to reach bangalore even several time I made call to your customer care ...Sir your company have good image in the market don't spoil your reputation and hurt the customer my mobile no is 9612942626. After Check in-boarding pass, they didn't allowed me Boarding and said gate close, My flight was indigo from kolkata to bangalore on 23rd Jan 2017, at 5.30 AM . I reached airport in night of 22nd Jan 2017 by 10.30 PM, but not allowed to enter airport check in area, so waited outside in waiting area.After 12.00 am midnight, i entered in airport and get boarding pass printed through kiosk, gate no. was not printed. As there were no counter staff and no security check person, i waited in waiting area for 4 hrs. then when i reached to counter at 4:50am for gate no clarification , they said u r late and go inside hurry, i managed to get inside through security check in, when i reached to gate no. at 5.05 am, they said gate is closed and now it is not possible and u have to reschedule ur flight which cost 9200 extra.I had no other option so did the same.

could you help me to raise this issue.They have not contacted me through any means if i was getting late.They could have contacted me, and after checkin- boarding pass issued how come they leave me.

Denied boarding even on reaching before time I along with my family comprising of one senior citizen, one infant three children below 8 years of age reached Delhi Airport Indigo counter at 6:50 to board srinagar flight 6E 554 scheduled to depart at 7:40. I reached the boardin counter 46 minutes prior to departure. The lady checked my ticket and when she saw my name she simply denied boarding saying gates are closed. I sorry to mention that probably she became so rude and inhuman and unprofessional probable to see a Muslim name. I ran from pillar to post but she was probably the senior most lady so nobody dared to help. A very rude unprofessional and inhuman approach. I want to take some legal recourse. CCCTV footage of the counter is the only proof I have.

Dear Indigo Customer relationship manager, on this first day of this new year . I have very bad experience while travelling in Indigo Airlines. On 1st January 2017, I travelled from Patna to Delhi, flight number 6E 644 , I had checked in Crown strolley bag under ref no. FY7BHZ; 6E 0312034265. After X Ray at Patna a sticker was put by ground staff on the lock. When I collected my bag at Delhi, I found the lock broken. All my clothes and belongings are misplaced. My Shaving kit , perfume, suit and pen, and clthes are missing. I called on 09910383838. Mr. Nazir Ahmed who attended the call asked me to write e mail. My strolley suitcase lock is broken. it has also become useless. I always appreciated this Airlines. But it's most unhappy thing. please do the needful .I want my things back and the culprit to be punished. please acknowledge and reply immediately. Bangalore airport incident | Fwd: Complaint Airport Services Flight Missed VEMP7N Dec 26 2016 10:20 [Ref:CRN-968960-H5V7K4] CRM:00013746 Today the following incident happened at Bangalore airport for indigo flight no 6E-641 @0610hrs, caused almost 30 people to miss the flight. Indigo flight today without making any announcements stopped the check in 45 mins prior to flight departure time as per their procedure. My self with my wife were stopped from checking in, calling them 2 min late ( 6.10 AM flight- @5.27 AM - 43 mins before flight time).

But..... What was the reason for it.......

Below are few points which I would like to mention:-

1.The guy at the booking window (check-in counter) was talking on phone for about 2-3 mins and wasted their time when I was waiting just before generating my boarding pass on counter itself. 2. We were waiting in the queue for 15 minutes and were not called for getting boarding pass. 3. Their was no announcement for indigo flight - check in getting closed 4. About 30 people were there who were debarred from checking in!! All of them were in the queue before time 5. They were asked to buy another flight ticket later in evening for the same day paying the difference amount. 6. The guy on check-in counter was deliberately working slow.

The behavior observed by me from the airport authority is something which is not tolerable. Is this where our nation is heading to? Is this service one of the most elite service of India? I am reporting this incident to all of you seeking your help and support on this. This happened with me today but this could happen to anyone among us as well!!

Sir, i was came here to drop my daughter for job from Rajasthan. I am totally unknown from this place. I am not also frequent flier. I went from sever mental tension and very large financial penalty.

Non Refund of Indigo Airlines ticket cancellation amount I have booked an Indigo Airlines ticket from Trivandrum to Delhi. PNR no. of the ticket was S99LPC. Date of journey was 04 Dec 2016. I have cancelled that ticket on 30 Nov 16 but Till now refund amount has not been credited in my account. I have spoken to Indigo costumer care. As per their record said amount has been returned back to paytm on 30 Nov 16 itself. Plz look into the matter to resolve my problem.

Very Late flight Indigo flight 6e 179 was scheduled to leave at 11:15 am. As of 6:05 pm, the flight has not yet left. Indigo flights in the afternoon left on time, and this flight has been held back.

This is causing a huge inconvenience to all the passengers. Thebfoight could have been exchanged with other flights to Goa. Yesterday too, the Indigo flight to Goa was delayed by 5 hours so this is not a one time issue.

Please take action against the airline.
