PROGRAMA DE MESTRADO E DOUTORADO EM ADMINISTRAÇÃO (PMDA-UP) INOVAÇÃO E SUSTENTABILIDADE PLANO DE ENSINO

1. EMENTA O objetivo dessa disciplina é subsidiar o debate sobre o papel da inovação tecnológica como parte da solução na busca da sustentabilidade e esta como um driver para a estratégia de inovação. Para tanto, busca-se elementos para o debate sobre como as políticas públicas, a sociedade e as empresas (privadas e públicas) podem inovar na busca da sustentabilidade econômica, ambiental e social. A disciplina pretende contribuir para o debate de questões tais como: Qual abordagem teórica relaciona o desenvolvimento à introdução de inovações para a sustentabilidade? Seriam as inovações capazes de impulsionar um desenvolvimento sustentável e durável? Que políticas podem induzir os agentes para o caminho da transição rumo a um novo paradigma de desenvolvimento sustentável? Como desenvolver estratégias que se direcionem para sistemas de inovação sustentável buscando a coevolução entre os sistemas técnicos, ambientais e sociais? Quais estratégias, táticas e sistemas operacionais são necessários para criar negócios sustentáveis?

2. CONTEÚDO DO PROGRAMA Conceito de sustentabilidade, inovação e inovação para a sustentabilidade; Ecoinovação – conceitos e obstáculos e direcionadores; Estratégias de Políticas para promover a ecoinovação; estratégias de negócios para a ecoinovação; Sistemas de Inovação sustentável: coevolução entre os sistemas técnicos, ambientais e sociais; Dinâmica da Gestão da transição para a sustentabilidade; Inserção da Inovação para a sustentabilidade nas empresas: estratégia, estrutura, pessoas, processos, controles; Desenvolvimento de pessoas para a inovação sustentável; Estratégia de inovação sustentável e a relação com os stakeholders; Marketing para a inovação sustentável; Financiamento da inovação sustentável nas empresas. 3.. METODOLOGIA: As aulas serão conduzidas por meio de discussões baseadas na leitura indicada sobre o tema e artigos pesquisados pelos alunos em periódicos A (2013-2015). Os alunos deverão preparar apresentações sobre o tema, bem como perguntas sobre as leituras indicadas. O professor mediará a discussão. 4. PROCEDIMENTOS E CRITÉRIOS DE AVALIAÇÃO: a.
