 The broader objective of the project is to support the development and implementation of digital television and multimedia in Albania,, Montenegro and Serbia.  The specific objective is that the high education institutions, partners in the project, from Alb i Albania, M t Montenegro and d Serbia, S bi need d to t innovate existing or develop and implement new curricula i l in i the h field fi ld off M&DTV. &  Implementation p of the developed p curricula will contribute to more rapid transition from g to digital g television. analogue

EQUIPMENT  M Multimedia lti di laboratories l b t i were equipped i d with ith modern hardware and software tools for producing and editing multimedia materials. materials This enables efficient and effective teaching and learning. g Each of the high g education institutions partners in the project (except VISER) equipped a local lab for basic training in the field of M&DTV.  All partners set up multimedia laboratories (4 local laboratories) for realization of study programmes VISER set up one regional studio programmes. for advanced training of M&DTV.

• Principles & model for VocS curriculum in the field of M&DTV have been defined and supervised by EU partners. • Competencies & learning outcomes for VocS in M&DTV have been defined in cooperation with project partners from industry and supervised by EU partners.

S bi  Competencies and learning outcomes for SPS in M&DTV have been defined in cooperation p with the above mentioned partners.

• Following knowledge transfer during teacher training sessions at workshops in partner i tit ti institutions and d above b mentioned ti d activities, ti iti curricula for SPS in M&DTV has been developed • Book of Curricula for SPS in M&DTV has been printed. • The new curricula are in line with the Europe 2020 strategy and the Bologna process.

 Curriculum of VocS is innovated in order to provide knowledge in the field of M&DTV, adequate for a vocational engineer who will be trained to apply modern technology solutions for image and sound production. production  Curriculum of SPS is designed to provide advanced training and knowledge in the field of M&DTV and to educate professional specialist for using, designing and developing solutions in the field of applied M&DTV technologies.

• Already in the school year 2012/13 VISER enrolled 20 students to SPS MTDTV ((one yyear earlier than mentioned in the Work Plan) and 99 students on innovated and accredited basic studies Audio and Video technologies • ETF and UAMD also enrolled students in the  l ll h school year 2012/13 .

• The student enrollment quotas for SPS M&DTV and VocS AVT have been established according to the validated quotas of the Ministry of Education and Science Technologies and the relevant data of the Labor market Agency

Quality control and monitoring Quality control and monitoring   P Project j t Coordination C di ti Board B d coordinates di t the th project j t and d organises i and coordinates activities in all work packages.  Quality Control Board was established in Grenoble  Steering Committee monitors and controls work on the project. Final versions of all project deliverables are evaluated and accepted by SC.  The objective for the decisions making process is to achieve consensus in all relevant issues. The escalation process in case of conflict consists of steps within the project and at external instances:  ‐In general the project management aim to prevent all conflicts,  ‐In case of conflicts the project management function as a  p j g mediator and help to find a mutual settlement  ‐The final steps of conflict resolution will be arbitration and/or  court case court case

Staff (re )training Staff (re‐)training • In planning and organising staff (re‐)training  p p we have tried as much as possible to respect  the work plan. • Training teachers in EU and Partner Countries is organized in order to provide teachers with technical, h l pedagogicall and methodological h l l knowledge for realization of study programmes.

Staff mobility Staff mobility  IIn planning l i and d organising i i staff ff mobility bili we have h tried i d as much as possible to respect the work plan and the recommendations from the letter accompanying the Grant Agreement (to decrease the number of days for mobilityy from 6 as stipulated p in the work p plan to 3). )  To this point, staff mobility has been instrumental in achievingg the ggoals of the whole p project: j innovation of VocS and developing of SPS curricula, purchasing of equipment, setting up local multimedia labs and R i Regional l studio, t di training t i i PC teachers t h and d cultural lt l exchange.

Dissemination  O One of the core activities of the project.  f th ti iti f th j t  Internal (target internal project resources, teachers, students ),  External (targeting wider community, local companies and general public with the aim to promote the project, its results, and PP)  Workshops, meetings, visits, different media channels like Web, TV  and newspapers are the main tools used in these activities p p  The project deliverables are available on the project web site www.ricum.edu.rs created within the framework of the project.  Taking into account that one of the aims of the project is to make  Taking into account that one of the aims of the project is to make public all project deliverables, social networks such as Facebook and Twitter are used to reach the student population, while the  professional network LinkedIn is used to spread information about  p p the project among experts in the field.

Sustainability  Aft After the completion of the project, study programmes of VocS th l ti f th j t t d f V S and  d SPS will be financed through scholarship.   Main treats to sustainability of project results include lack of  fi financial support after the project completion, low interest of  i l t ft th j t l ti l i t t f potential students in developed study programmes and low level of  implementation of digital TV in WB broadcasting enterprises.   After the completion of the project, developed study programmes  Aft th l ti f th j t d l d t d will be constantly monitored and improved through the following:  ‐ improving courses with respect to technical innovations and state  of the art in the field of M&DTV, f h i h fi ld f M&DTV  ‐ introducing new software tools in teaching and learning process,  ‐ adequate maintenance of the equipment and purchase of new  q q p p equipment,  ‐ monitoring needs from industry and adjusting study programmes.

• It is essential to ensure the appropriate use of Regional g studio, and secure sustainabilityy of its use once the project is finished through, for example: • Institutional cooperation, • Agreements between partners.

Budget Distribution and Use Budget. Distribution and Use • Coordinator institution P1 predicted and g y higher g share distributed to itself a significantly of the funds for equipment in order to ensure the conditions for the realization of the Regional Studio for which P1 also invested its own funds, funds and a significantly higher share for Staff costs as the outcomes expected from P1 are significantly larger than those of the other project participants.

Budget Distribution and Use Budget. Distribution and Use • During the realization of the project, Steering g Committee members will discuss the budget, necessity and ways of its redistribution, reviewing the financial needs for the realization of planned outputs of all partners.

• Legal representative of VISER has signed Grant Agreement with ith EACEA from Brussels, Br ssels taking into account acco nt the best interest for the VISER institution, as it is a practice with any contract. • In the Grant Agreement the budget distribution is same as in pp form for VISER application • EACEA recommended that the applicant (P1) reconsiders the budget figures. • PP P1 had justification and interest to maintain same budget distribution from the Project proposal. • EACEA has signed the Grant Agreement with budget that VISER recommended, thus applicant thinks that the validity of thi financial this fi i l issue i h been has b confirmed. fi d

• As legal representative of coordinator institution has signed the Grant Agreement considering the best interest for VISER , we find partners reaction regular in the sense that they are taking into account the best interest of their institution and asking for redistribution of budget and additional funding. • Partners that considers themselves deprived of their right have opportunity to ask for revision of budget. • Agreement A can be b revised i d with i h exact justified j ifi d argumentation. • It is regular the PP who considers themselves deprived of their right have demands for exact financial claims.
