Abstract - The hospital is a social institution that provides health services to the community who are not looking for profit. Hospital medical facilities include physical and non-physical. Inventory of medical facilities at each hospital should be recorded so as to facilitate the community in meeting the needs of information facilities and hospital services. By looking at this requirement it is necessary to design an information system inventory of existing medical hospital in the city of Pontianak. Where the system is made based website that can be accessed by people anywhere and anytime. The method used are analysis, prototype and documentation. Results from this information system design can assist the city Health Department Pontianak to meet local needs and facilities inventory information from the hospital medical service in the city of Pontianak. Keyword: hospital information system, hospital medical fasilitas, Pontinak city hospital

I. INTRODUCTION The hospital is a social institution that provides health services to the community. This institution is not designed for profit or non-profit organization. Hospital medical facilities include physical and non-physical, treatment rooms, laboratories and medical equipment are some of the physical services. And non-physical form of hospital services, such as doctors and nurses specialized expertise . Medical facilities at each hospital is required to be recorded and the design of information systems. According to the health department's vision is to realize the independence of West Kalimantan West Kalimantan healthy society in 2013, Pontianak as the capital of the province which has a variety of medical facilities, require inventory information system hospital medical facilities are integrated as Pontianak that can be accessed by the public especially to community of Pontianak city. Information system that allows the public to access is a web-based information systems. Because the Internet is an information system accessible by the public to seek medical facility data for each hospital in the Pontianak. So, community can be independently to find out what facilities are available in each hospital to facilitate the search for the medical care needs of people who experience pain. And can be facilitate and

speed up the action desired service according to the needs of public health . Inventory information system of medical facilities in an integrated hospital has been run by the DKI Jakarta government with the name of “Sistem Penanganan Gawat Darurat Terpadu (SPGDT)”. In cooperation with several hospitals in Jakarta SPGDT providing availability information in each emergency room hospital for care and treatment to patients quickly. The system is managed by the Jakarta government, the public can call the line "119" to quickly find out which hospitals have emergency rooms that are available and ready to serve patient needs emergency treatment. But medical information system medical facilities a city hospital are the author designed a web -based so that the public can independently find the desired information , by visiting the web without intermediaries operator. II. THEORY 2.1. E-Government E-government is the transformation of public-sector internal and external relationship through internet enabled operations, information and communication technologies to optimise government sevice delivery, constituency participation and internal government process[5]. 2.2. Information systems Information system is a system of information systems within an organization that brings the daily transaction data processing needs , supports operating , managerial and strategic activities of an organization as well as providing certain external parties with the necessary reports[7]. 2.3. Hospital Systems Hospital is an integral part of the health of the overall system and developed through the health development plan[6]. However, based on the above definition, the hospital also is an upper middle health institution, which houses the administrative process[14]. From the above conclusion, explains that "the hospital system is a container that holds all the information about the overall integral part of the hospital"[6]. 2.4. Inventory Information System Inventory system is a system that manages the procurement of goods or inventory owned by an agency or company in conducting its operations. Without the inventory of a business is not going to happen, for it is very important inventory information system[2]. 2.5. HyperText Markup Language (HTML) HyperText Markup Language (HTML) is a language recognized by web browsers to display information more interesting than writing plain text (plain text)[12]. And then "HTML stands for Hyper Text Markup Language and bias called the most basic and important language that is used to display and manage the display on the page"[11]. 2.6 . PHP PHP is an acronym for Hypertext Preprocessor, which is a programming language based on the code (script) which is used to manage the data and sends it back to the web browser into HTML code[10]. A PHP script used to create dynamic web pages. Dynamic means that the page will be displayed when the page is requested by the client[1]. According Saputra, revealed that the first version of PHP is PHP / FI 2.0 which is now no longer supports . PHP 3 is a continuation of PHP / FI 2.0 in a short time this version became very popular because it offers a lot of interesting functions . 3 versions of PHP continues to PHP version 4 and is now growing to version 5 which is developed by the team to provide a balanced capabilities with other applications[11]. Unified Modeling Language ( UML ) States that the UML is one very powerful tool in the world of object-oriented development system UML building blocks is a diagram. Some there are detailed diagrams (timing diagram types) and others are of a general nature (eg class diagrams). UML is a communication tool that consistently support the developers in the current system. UML is a unity of language modeling developed by Booch, Object Modeling Technique (OMT) and Object Oriented Software Engineering (OOSE). Grady Booch Booch method of known as Object Oriented Design method. This method makes the analysis and design process into four stages iteratife namely: identification of classes and objects, identification of semantic relations and the class object, interface and implementation details[9].

III. RESEARCH METHODS In this study, the authors use a variety of research methods and data collection methods, namely: 3.1. Analysis In this method, the authors analyzer needs of the community about the importance of health needs, facilities and services at the hospital[4]. 3.2. Prototyping This research method starts from identifying user needs, develop a prototype, to determine whether the prototype can be received as well as the prototype design[4]. 3.3. Study Documentation Study the documentation that is by collecting data and information from books, the internet, thesis derta various journals related to research[3].

IV. RESULT AND DISCUSSION According to the needs of the community medical information available at every hospital in the Pontianak city the inventory information system

design hospital medical facilities can be seen as follows: 4.1. Sistem Design There are three general types of users: public, membership (the hospital), and admin (Department of Health). Three use case diagrams that illustrate each of these users:

4.3. Website Design Designing a website consists of three rooms: user, membership and admin. Design results can be seen below:

Figure 5 is the main user page views. This page was first seen when users access the site inventory information system hospital medical facility.

Display room menu shown in Figure 8. This page is where the membership area (hospital). Members can add and change data room.

Figure 6 Search Data of Room Figure 6 shows the results of data room. When users want to find information about the facilities and services the hospital then the user can type keywords in the search section.

Figure 9 Room Status This menu is at the core of medical information system that is designed, because the public can know the status of the service is still available before they go to a hospital. Status of the service member is in the room and admin. But admin can not make changes while the members (hospitals) can make additions and changes. And needs to be treated by a member, that this information should be frequently changed according to the service changes that occur in a hospital.

Figure 10 admin login page Figure 10 shows the admin login page for the information system website. While the administrators are employees of the Health Department of Pontianak.

V. CONCLUSION

From the results and discussion of the authors mentioned above, it can be concluded that the medical facility information system is helpful for citizens to access the information needed regarding hospital services both in terms of medical services, support services and facilities available at the hospital. This information system provides some convenience for the public, such as searching on the data are still rooms available at a hospital, the specialist or clinic information and other information services. This information system is designed to only hope the future can be readily implemented by the city health department Pontianak to provide medical services to the public information. REFERENCES
