Built in 1965, Manor Vail Lodge is one of Vail's first condominium hotels to be developed in the valley. VENUE HIGHLIGHTS ASPEN ROOM This unique space offers floor to ceiling Aspen tree walls, inspiring photography and plenty of natural light. The Aspen room is stylish, yet elegant with natural earth tone colors and adjustable lighting. The design of this space offers a setting that can be dressed up or toned down. GOLDEN PEAK GARDENS Manor Vail Lodge offers the most outdoor space of any venue in Vail. The garden spaces are perfectly placed in the center of the property offering spectacular views of Vail Mountain's Golden Peak and trickling sounds of Gore Creek. This space is ideal for outdoor welcome receptions and wedding ceremonies. The lawn can be tented for an event at an additional expense. Up to 250 guests.

Remodeled in 2015, this classic space provides extraordinary views of Vail Mountain's Golden Peak. The stone fireplace, outdoor fire pits and rustic mountain decor add an inviting and warm atmosphere for all guests to enjoy. This space is ideal for rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, brunches and luncheons. Up to 74 guests
THE FITZ BAR & CREEKSIDE PATIO The Fitz Bar is outfitted with rustic lighting, wooden walls and beautiful white marble counter tops. Enjoy views of Gore Creek from inside or outside on the outdoor patio under the strings of lights. The Fitz Bar is a space that is perfectly suited for any cocktail style event and or casual gathering.

PINEY MOUNTAIN BALLROOM This mountain inspired setting is elegant, yet comfortable for a variety of functions. The ballroom seats up to 160 people and the entire space can host up to 300 guests. This space is ideal for an indoor wedding, parties, dancing and dinners.
INCLUSIONS CEREMONIES A ceremony site fee is charged for both indoor and outdoor functions. The fee includes a site reservation for up to 2 hours including set-up and tear down of rental chairs, water stations and indoor backup. Additional decorations, rental chairs, on-site coordination, and audio is the responsibility of the client. The Manor Vail Lodge Catering Manager is dedicated to your event and will be available to assist with recommendations of vendors. Outdoor ceremonies take place in the months of May through October. Site Fee: $1,000 plus the cost of rental chairs ($8 -$12 pp)
RECEPTIONS Manor Vail Lodge is available to host wedding receptions any day or time of the week. A food and beverage minimum and room rental fee will be set by your Sales Manager and is determined based on the date and size of event. In order to secure the date and event location(s), a non-refundable deposit of approximately 25% of the total estimated charges will be due with the signing of a catering contract.
WEDDING ROOM BLOCKS Wedding room blocks are a very popular choice for lodging due to our ideal location, spacious condominium accommodations and array of amenities. A minimum of 10 rooms per night with a 2-night minimum is required in order to have a block. This also includes an additional food & beverage minimum.
WEDDING MINIMUM PRICING INCLUSIONS: Up to 4 hours in reception venue (with up to 2 hours pre-reception for set-up) 2, 3 or 4 course plated dinner (buffet & stations are also available), coffee and tea service Dinner rounds that seat up to 8 per table, indoor chairs, black-or-white linens Tables for guestbook, escort cards, wedding cake, gifts and DJ Sweetheart table –or- head table for wedding party Professional catering and banquet staff to execute your wedding events Complimentary menu tasting prior to event (for 2 people) Complimentary 1 night stay for wedding couple on wedding night (min $7,500.00 spend)
