\X-1TNESSETH: That the Service Provider in consideration of the covenants, conditions and agreements of the Trustees herein contained, does hereby agree to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment and to perform all work necessary to complete, in a skillful manner, the following: Agreement No. 70900, dated April 25, 2008, is hereby amended as follows: This agreement extends the term for an additional one (1) year, effective July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010, with no further renewals upon expiration.
