Samson, Working With Labor Laws: A Comprehensive Guide on Conditions of Employment, Employee Benefits Under Special Laws, Termination and Retirement. Course requirements: Aside from regular quizzes, active participation in class discussion and activities is expected. Midterm exams will be given. There will also be a final exam. Grading System: Quizzes 20% Midterms 20% Finals 30% Class participation 30% Classroom Policies: Other than the university rules on discipline, students are expected to conduct themselves appropriately during class. No dishonesty or violence will be tolerated. Consultation Hours: Consultation may be scheduled upon prior advise to the instructor. 2
