Proses pendaftaran dan pengunggahan berkas diakhiri dengan meng klik tombol kunci. Proses penguncian paling lambat dilakukan tanggal 5 Agustus 2012, peserta yang tidak mengunci pada tanggal tersebut dinyatakan gugur seleksi administrasi; Pelamar dapat mengetahui informasi hasil seleksi setiap tahapan melalui link status. Pelamar harus dapat menunjukkan ijazah asli pada saat pengesahan Kartu Peserta Ujian (KPU), bagi yang tidak dapat menunjukkan ijazah asli dinyatakan gugur tahapan seleksi. Berkas lamaran yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan dinyatakan gugur tahapan seleksi. Tahapan dan Pelaksanaan Seleksi Seleksi Penerimaan CPNS dilakukan dengan tahapan-tahapan sebagai berikut: Seleksi Administratif; Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD); Tes Kompetensi Bidang (TKB); Pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus untuk mengikuti tahap berikutnya hanya akan diumumkan melalui website CPNS BPK RI. Pengumuman peserta yang lulus seleksi administrasi akan diumumkan pada Minggu pertama September 2012. Jadwal pelaksanaan Tes Kompetensi Dasar akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 8 September 2012 dan jadwal Tes Kompetensi Bidang akan diinformasikan lebih lanjut melalui laman Penerimaan CPNS BPK RI. Seleksi Penerimaan CPNS per tahap dilakukan dengan sistem gugur dan Keputusan kelulusan yang ditetapkan oleh Panitia tidak dapat diganggu gugat. Penempatan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil hasil penerimaan Tahun Anggaran 2012 akan ditempatkan pada Kantor Pusat atau Kantor Perwakilan BPK-RI di seluruh Indonesia untuk mengisi kebutuhan sumber daya manusia sesuai formasi yang ditetapkan. Bagi Pelamar yang telah dinyatakan diterima dan diangkat sebagai CPNS, yang bersangkutan tidak dapat menolak/ menunda penempatan dengan alasan apapun dan tidak diperkenankan mengajukan pemindahan tempat tugas selama masa ikatan wajib kerja 5 (lima) tahun. Lain-Lain Pelamar yang mengikuti seleksi penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil BPK RI tidak dipungut biaya Peserta yang dinyatakan lulus pada tahap terakhir dan akan diangkat menjadi CPNS BPK RI wajib menyerahkan Ijazah Asli sesuai formasi untuk disimpan pada Biro SDM BPK RI selama 5 (lima) tahun. Peserta yang telah diusulkan untuk diangkat sebagai CPNS pada pelaksana BPK RI tetapi mengundurkan diri dan atau apabila selama dalam jangka waktu 5 (lima) tahun ikatan wajib kerja yang telah diperjanjikan mengundurkan diri, diwajibkan membayar ganti rugi sebesar Rp 50.000.000,- (lima puluh juta rupiah) untuk disetorkan ke Kas Negara. Setelah diumumkan hasil seleksi tahap akhir penerimaan CPNS Pada Pelaksana BPKRI jika diketahui adanya data yang tidak benar, BPK-RI akan membatalkan kelulusan/ proses pengusulan menjadi CPNS atau memberhentikan sebagai PNS serta melakukan proses hukum sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku. Dalam proses penerimaan calon pegawai, Panitia/BPKP tidak memungut biaya 6. Peserta yang telah dinyatakan lulus pada tahap akhir seleksi dan akan diproses untuk pengusulan sebagai CPNS BPKP tetapi mengundurkan diri dan/atau mengundurkan diri selama ikatan wajib kerja yang telah diperjanjikan, bersedia membayar ganti rugi sebesar Rp15.000.000,00 (lima belas juta rupiah) untuk disetorkan ke Kas Negara 7. Surat Lamaran Peserta beserta dokumen pendukungnya yang telah diterima panitia menjadi milik panitia dan tidak dapat diminta kembali 8. Keputusan panitia penerimaan calon pegawai negeri sipil BPKP bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu-gugat
