Luxurious with great service

Had such a lovely time from arrival to departure. The service starts when you walk in the door with the concierge who truly can't do enough for you, checking in was very welcoming and your meals and treatments etc are arranged/confirmed. We had a drink in the bar before going to our room and the service and atmosphere was lovely, our meal that evening was fab and the spa was the perfect way to spend a few hours the next day. Truly loved our stay

A very special experience a once in life time treat. Spend 2 nights at hotel. Had afternoon tea, a spa treatment and dinner in orchard restaurant. The whole experience was very special. The customer service was fantastic. Evening meal in the orchard restaurant was one of the best ever. My husband likes his steak and this was by far the best yet. I had lamb cooked to perfection. Could not recommend the food highly enough. The breakfasts were perfect, very tasty but not to much. The atmosphere and staff added to a very special few days. Old worlde appeal It’s a lovely place , lovely friendly staff and plenty of staff to serve you whatever you need . I however just felt it’s lacking a little eye on the future and it feels like it’s still in the last century , not just the decor but the overall hotel experience . Without losing its charm I’m certain it could bring itself up to date with some little tweaks . It was perfect for a very short one night Christmas trip , like the ghost of Christmas past

Excellent Place Just back from a night at Hayfield Manor and we really enjoyed it.. It is a lovely hotel, old but very well kept. We stayed here about 6 or 7 years ago and really enjoyed our stay then too. I could not fault anything. Unfortunately we did not dine here as I left it too late to book and the times that were left did not suit us. Our Breakfast this morning was something else. All staff are lovely and so so helpful. We will certianly be back (hoping to make it an annual visit for us)

Wonderful hotel. Excellent service. Form the moment we arrived until we left, it was a great experience. The food was very good the location is great. Corking Cork! Our second stay at this lovely venue. Booked a package for 2 nights in a luxury room - this included dinner on one night and breakfast on 2 mornings. Ambience is second to none, accommodation luxurious and service superb. If you're looking for a special treat then Hayfield Manor will surely fulfil your expectations. Looking forward to another trip in February next.

Excellent as always! We recently stayed with our two daughters, booked a family room, it was beautifully apportioned with loads of room. There were bathrobes for the kids as well as the adults and milk and cookies in the evening. We had dinner as a family in Perrots, great food. Service in Hayfield is excellent and sets it apart from all other hotels we have stayed. Looking forward to our next trip to Cork.
