You can reset you Transaction PIN by logging into the Internet Banking. The Reset Transaction PIN option is available under the menu Profile. Procedure for Online Transaction PIN Reset: 1. Answer the preset Security Questions 2. Complete the authentication using One Time password (OTP) or Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) Note: 1. Corporate customers can reset the login Password/Transaction PIN online, only if the user is enrolled for Digital Signature Certificate based authentication 2. The Online Password reset option can’t be used, if the Questions and Answers are not set by the user. Alternately, user can reset his Login password / Transaction PIN by submitting a request application form at any of our Branches by duly furnishing the following details. 1. Your Customer ID 2. Your Account No. 3. Name of LVB branch where you maintain the account. The application will be forwarded by the branch to the iNet Support and on receipt of application and verification of the details a new password will be generated and sent to your address by courier / post available in the bank records.
