Police are continuing to investigate a crash in Scarborough that seriously injured a 31-year-old man. The accident happened at Eglinton Avenue East and Bimbrok Road, west of Brimley Road, at 3:39 p.m. Sept. 7. Toronto police said an eastbound 2015 Toyota attempting to turn left turn onto northbound Bimbrok and a westbound 1985 GMC ice cream truck driven by a 61-year-old man collided at the intersection. The Toyota driver, a 31-year-old man, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
