The decision is accepted or not an article manuscript was made by Editor in Chief in Session forum editor based on the recommendations or comments from Editorial Board and peerreviewer. Plagiarism Screening of the manuscripts to the journal entry is done with the help of Google Scholar or application Turnitin.
