Minutes of Previous Meeting Minutes of previous meeting were accepted by all present.
Regional Road Groups Discussion was held between CM and DF on the need for council’s within the NW Region to better coordinate the range of activities involved in the implementation of the National Highway Vehicle Regulation (NHVR) strategy. DF appreciates the importance and informed no progress to date and advised to watch the space as he will do something after studying the NHVR Strategy. KG shared views on regional road problems.

Toner Pave CM appreciated arranging the site visit and information session organised by Hume city to “Close the Loop” processing facility, asphalt plant and site inspection to council’s freshly laid asphalt. Presentation - ISO 55000 Tom Carpenter from IQ-AM gave presentation on ISO-55000. Enclosed is a copy of the presentation. Discussion was held between KG, CM and DF on bringing the service managers on board with asset management plan. Asset Management benchmarking was one of the examples discussed. Action: CM to initiate a letter from the CEO to all other Councils.

Presentation - In-house Mobility Solution Daniel Tarquinio and Ben Crockett presented in-house Mobilty Solution using web services, HP pad and Hansen database.

Asset Management Resourcing CM informed the meeting that to date asset management resourcing sheet was completed by Darebin, Nillumbik, MVCC, Wyndham, Brimbank and Hume. Other councils were requested to complete and transmit it directly to SN for compiling the data. Action: Remaining councils to complete survey and return to Suman Nagpal.
