I have this problem in visual studio 2015 , I add namespace to code Hide Copy Code

using System.Security.Cryptography.Xml;

I add olso in the reference system.security.

but I have this error . the type of namespace name does not existe.

Check your reference: I could duplicate your problem by adding the using line you show, but as soon as I add the reference to

System.Security to my project the error goes away: did you add the reference to the wrong project?
