Nebraska Workers' Compensation Insurance Plan Administered by
The Nebraska Workers Compensation Insurance Plan (NWCIP) provides workers' compensation and employers' liability coverage to employers who are unable to secure coverage through the voluntary market. Beginning July 1, 2000, Travelers Indemnity Company replaces the previous residual market mechanism which was administered by Aon Risk Services, Inc. and Employers Insurance of Wausau. Travelers will be the Plan Administrator and Contract Carrier for the Nebraska WCIP.
