An international seminar 'Beyond the Veil: Muslim Women in South Asia' is being organized by the Women's Studies Centre of Lady Brabourne College and the Dept. of History of Diamond Harbour Women's University, on Thursday, 24th August 2017 at Lady Brabourne College. The seminar aims to discuss and deliberate on Muslim women in South Asia from a gender-sensitive sociohistorical perspective.
