Implementation Status Overview The project has made progress towards achieving its development objectives. Most of the investments to improve the reliability and efficiency of the Java-Bali transmission network are already completed, while most of those that are pending are expected to be completed by end 2013, provided the national power utility PLN is able to obtain right of way clearances to finish construction of the outstanding transmission lines that are needed to carry power to the beneficiaries.
