PA to the Chief Executive and Finance Director Job Description and Person Specification Marwell Wildlife is dedicated to the conservation of wildlife and other natural resources. As a charity, we are action oriented and at the forefront of conservation work around the world, working in partnership with communities, statutory agencies and other nongovernmental organisations. We engage with over 40,000 children and young people through our conservation educational programmes, and welcome over 500,000 visitors each year to our 140 acre zoological park. In every contact we seek to encourage understanding, and inspire care for the natural world.

PA to the Chief Executive and Finance Director Available on Request 9am- 5pm Monday to Friday Marwell Wildlife Chief Executive and Finance Director No line management responsibilities • To ensure comprehensive diary management • To plan and organise meetings • To ensure a high level of administrative support • To administer the insurance requirements of the charity • To take minutes at various meetings and compile reports • To be the face of the Chief Executive’s office • Management of ad- hoc projects

To act as initial point of contact for all enquiries to the Chief Executive’s office To maintain smooth running of the office and office systems To provide other administrative support to Directors if required Timely distribution of minutes and management information To undertake any other duty deemed reasonable as required by your manager.
