astroesophageal reflux (GER) is the involuntary movement of gastric content into esophagus due to transient lower esophagus relaxation. This is a common symptoms in infant and children. Most people do not pay attention when dealing with children with regurgitation RUYRPLWLQJXQWLOWKHFRQGLWLRQEHFRPHVZRUVH Pediatrician should recognize whether a GER symptom is physiologic or pathologic.
