Go to NextMD.com
Click on “Enroll Now”
Review the Terms and Conditions and click “I Accept”
Enter your security token, which was provided to you at sign-up, and your date of birth. If the patient has an email address you can enter it here.
Otherwise click on the check box for “I do not have an email address” and it will them prompt you for a last name.
Complete the steps for enrollment including creating username and password, create a second login security question, and create a security question for password recovery. Click on “Submit” at the bottom when you are done.
