SKIN PEELS Both of our Atlanta-based Skin Matters Med Spas offer a selection of skin peels, including: the Skin Matters Revitalize Peel (a gentle, but effective peel), the PCA Skin Peel (light-to-medium depth), and the Skin Matters TCA Peel (AKA the “peel away five years” treatment). Below you will find a detailed description of each of our skin peels: Skin Matters Revitalize Peel: The Skin Matters Revitalize Peel is our Signature peel. This medical grade chemical peel is a gentle, but effective peel. It was designed for patients wanting a stronger peel but who would rather not have the obvious look of peeling skin. Down time is minimal- yet the results are noticeable after just 1 treatment, however, a series of 3 more will give you maximum benefits. It’s great for sun spots, fine lines, acne, uneven skin tone and hyper-pigmentation.
PCA Skin Peel: The PCA Skin Peel is an innovative and proven light-to-medium depth peel formulated with blends of lactic, citric and salicylic acids, as well as resorcinol. These peels help repair and reduce breakouts, control oil, soften lines and provide a more even, smoother skin texture.
Skin Matters TCA Peel: The Skin Matters TCA Peel is also known as the “peel away five years” treatment. A highly effective peel that will take the edge off your lines, fade your brown spots, and brighten your skin. Dermatologists use this peel on the stubborn kerotosis and brown spots on the legs, arms and hands. Comparable to Obagi’s Blu Peel, but our prices are much more affordable.
