Merlyn chacko started this petition to Education Minister Dear all , I have been working in Ryan international school kundanahalli, bangalore from 2010, till date no salary slip provided, once teacher leave the school they dont provide experience letter. And service letter also given back dated, while signing the service letter authority person instructs not to write the date. When employee asked to leave the job then they say your service letter has already expired hence we will not give notice period salary, if teacher resign from the job then 6 months to 3 months notice period applicable. I would request each one of you that such a noble profession the institute should respect , treat them as human. the future of the country is molded by a Teacher.
