New Features & Highlights Activities & Registrations
Age Verification – Set registration age limits on any specific activity. Wait Lists – Organize the registration overflow more efficiently. Class Days & Times – Specify the days and times activities occur. Will print directly to your customer’s receipt and waivers. Custom Registration Questions – Define the pertinent questions required for the registration of an activity. Need one of those questions to involve an extra fee? No problem! That fee can even be credited to a different GL Account. Custom Activity Reporting – Not only can you define registration questions but you can design reports to reflect them. By default they are automatically included, but you can easily create new layouts just the way you want them, even adding custom filters!
Financial Management
Financial Interface – Rewritten to simplify and add clarity to every process. Account Management – Much easier to read and understand what takes place within an account. Cash Management – Combine daily tills into a single deposit which matches your deposit sheet.
Internet Registrations
Shopping Cart – Register for several activities and consolidate into just one payment. ActivityReg – New website design updates the look and feel, facilitating easier navigation and registration for your customers.

Admittance Controls –See the process SportsMan used to evaluate the validity of an admittance attempt. If a card doesn’t work you know exactly where to go to resolve the problem.
Facility Reservations & Scheduling
Facility Reservations – Schedule directly from the Cash Register with more configurable options. Unlimited Time Slots – Utilize time slots for organizing registration blocks, which are no longer limited to 6 blocks. You can now specify a specific fee for each block if necessary.
