CE Marking, Product Development and Design Aids Mafi is a EN 1090 certified organization, which means that our CE-marked kits comply with EN 1090-1, EN 10902 standards to Execution Class 2. During the product development process, every component is designed and optimised using Finite Element Analysis techniques. Prototypes are then physically tested and refined in our laboratory. Every design follows these guidelines: •
Make the kit as easy as possible to assemble and provide clear assembly instructions.

The kit is packed in as small a box as possible to ensure efficient storage and transport.
•
Make the product as light as possible for easy handling on site.
Every kit comes with a data sheet with load tables. The load tables give the maximum ultimate vertical and horizontal loads that may be applied to the kit.
For bracket kits that can be clamped to tubular parent members — or support a tubular member — there is also a table of torque resistance for different standard tube diameters. MAFI provides CAD blocks for all kits and we can also provide Excel tools for checking brackets and freestanders. Disclaimer: Design recommendations given by MAFI concerning the use of a particular product are based on site information provided by the customer. MAFI provides a Declaration of Performance for the product itself, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that imposed loads are within the capacity of the product. It is always the responsibility of the site designer to verify that the parent structure is adequate to support the loads imposed by the product and that the installation of the product will comply with the installation instructions and with statutory and site owner’s rules and regulations.

When MAFI began in 1992, our business idea was to offer standardised products in a young and fast growing industry segment, when almost every telecom site had a unique design. Our goal has always been to simplify site builds solutions for our customers so that they can focus on their core business and manage more efficient and profitable rollouts. 25 years later, I find that we have achieved these goals – and surpassed them by a considerable margin! Today, our solutions are found in leading telecom suppliers' product portfolios and used worldwide. Over the years we have accumulated experience and built up depth of expertise that – according to our customers – makes us one vof the leading suppliers in our segment. We develop, test and manufacture standardised products, in full accordance with the national requirements and standards of our global markets. Every detail is characterised by accuracy and Swedish quality. We provide detailed guidance on where and how our solutions can be used, whether it concerns wind loads or weights on a mast. Regardless of where our products are manufactured – Asia, The Far East, Mexico or Sweden – we always guarantee MAFI's high quality.

And now we are marching into the future! Recently, we moved to new, modern premises. This has enabled us to locate our entire business, including an efficient and partially robotised logistics centre, under one roof, thereby creating the potential to grow and develop even more. MAFI 3263* One-Direction Offset Family
Designed to allow an equipment pole to be offset from a parent pole or tower leg.
Flexibility The 3263, 3265 and 3273 brackets can be mounted on any vertical round member from Ø 25 – 169 mm and also on vertical angel sections. The offset pole can be Ø 60.3 mm or Ø 76.1 mm with the standard Ø 76 mm U bolts supplied, or optionally up to Ø 114.3 mm.
MAFI 3263
The 3273 provide a maximum c/c offset of 230 mm and the 3263 and 3265 provide a maximum c/c offset of 420 mm respectively 400 mm. The 3272 fits round members from Ø 48 – 193 mm and provides a maximum offset of 800 mm. The 3272 incorporates a double clamp to cope with the high torque loads impose by antennas at a large offset.
