We are pleased to advise you that the construction of the Ivy and Eve development is fast approaching completion.
The anticipated settlement of the apartments for Ivy and Eve is on track for November/December 2017.
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
The installation of the fixtures and fittings to the interiors of the apartments is continuing to progress and has now reached all levels with completion due in the upcoming month.
Installation of the kitchen joinery and internal painting is currently occurring on Level 27. Quality control of the completed apartments has commenced on the lower to midlevels.
The recreational deck and common facilities on Level 5 are progressing as planned with these areas taking fantastic shape. The gym and yoga room are being prepared for installation with the swimming pool area and deck currently under construction.
External façade painting and window installation has reached Level 30 and is close to completion. The vertical Green wall feature on Merivale Street is being planted.

GETTING READY FOR SETTLEMENT Your finance application should be well underway by now.
Please do not underestimate the amount of time required to complete a finance application. We are currently in Phase Two of the below:
In preparation of the loan application, you will be required to have various supporting documents such as personal identification, proof of income, copy of your purchase contract, evidence of savings and details of other debts/liabilities. On application, the banks will provide a detailed list of their requirements that you will need to supply.
An email will be sent out later in the month providing dates for the bank valuation, please note that it is your responsibility to notify and keep your bank updated.
