CLINICAL (IME) COORDINATOR/ QUALITY ASSURANCE REPORTS REVIEWER EDITOR –MISSISSAUGA, ON (Registered Health Care Professional) A private disability case management providing disability management solutions to insurers and employers in the areas of auto insurance, health, wellness chronic and catastrophic disability claims management solutions currently requires a Clinical Coordinator, Quality Assurance Reports Reviewer Editor with SABS (Statutory Accident Benefits) experience. Responsible for quality assurance, editing, reviewing and summarizing of outgoing reports for a variety of insurer evaluations, including medical assessments for MVA and WSIB. Disability file management (report writing, coordination of treatment and assessment. Consult with lawyers, adjusters and various other medical disciplines. Review of assessor reports, consent form and invoices for quality assurance. Communicate with assessors when clarification is required, communicate with customers, (i.e., insurance adjusters) when required. Reports are to be submitted as per Customer Service Level agreements and in alignment with the Clinical Coordinator Report Review Procedures. Review assessor reports for all benefit types including CAT, consent forms and invoices Forward reports part of Multi-Disciplinary Referrals to all co-assessors Deliver report to customer via IME workflow, Smart Simple, Secure Docs when required. Cover for file review and intake Chaperone assessments Ensure quality and consistency of health practioner reports for independent medical assessments and timely scheduling of reports and collateral services REQUIREMENTS: University Degree in an applicable field, i.e., kinesiologist, psychology 2 years’ work related experience Excellent knowledge of SABS Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume by separate attachment in Word Format to:
