HENRY DeWOLF SMYTH NUCLEAR STATESMAN AWARD This award recognizes outstanding and statesmanlike contributions to the many aspects of nuclear energy activities. The American Nuclear Society and the Nuclear Energy Institute jointly present this award to Richard A.
