Request for Proposal Institut Keusahawanan Negara (INSKEN) is soliciting proposals from qualified service provider(s) as per details below. LOOKING FOR
Training workshop modules and delivery for Trainers and Entrepreneur Development Officers in the following areas: Module Development Training Delivery Training Evaluation Analysis The workshops are to take place for a maximum of three (3) consecutive days.

Background INSKEN is an entity under the purview of TERAJU with the main purpose
to
lead
and
coordinate
existing
entrepreneurship
development programmes and introduce latest programmes to achieve the national entrepreneurship development aspirations. INSKEN aspires to become a premier national entrepreneurship development
center
that
lead,
coordinate
and
facilitate
entrepreneurship learning and development efforts in creating entrepreneurs with viable, vibrant and sustainable enterprises, increasing contribution to the economy. This will be accomplished through collaboration and networking with other agencies in the ecosystem and benchmarked against international standards.
Enhancement of Learning and Development INSKEN has been given the mandate by Majlis Ekonomi Bumiputera to facilitate the enhancement of entrepreneurship learning and development. The objective of these workshops is to enhance entrepreneurship training module development, methodology of training delivery and capability by programme owners to evaluate proposed programmes to ensure outcomes that achieve national aspirations. The target audience for these programmes are entrepreneurship learning and development trainers and government officers who are responsible to evaluate entrepreneurship learning and development programmes. Proposal Scope INSKEN is, therefore, soliciting proposals to develop and conduct workshops with the following subject matters: Code TOT1

Developing outcome based training modules with impactful measurable learning objectives Effective training delivery to cater for the needs of the audience.
Training Evaluation Analysis -
Equipping programme owners to evaluate learning and development proposals to ensure achievement of overall organisation goals
Service providers may propose programmes with the duration between one (1) to three (3) days. The workshops must be actionable and problem-solving with clear measureable outcomes. The trainers proposed to conduct the workshops are required to have sufficient industry and/or professional experience and are required to be available to do follow-up consultations as and when needed.

Requirements All proposals must include the following information: Company profile & credentials, and content developers, Part A
trainers detailed curriculum vitae. (Please limit maximum 2 pages) Detailed workshop learning objectives, modules and

curriculum mapping. (Please limit maximum 3 pages per workshop) Costing breakdown by components covering module
Part C
development, training delivery and programme evaluation. (Please limit maximum 1 page per workshop)
Review and Selection The selection panel will review the proposals based on the criteria of clear
learning
objectives,
measurable
outcomes,
originality,
background and experience of companies and trainers, and costs involved.

INSKEN reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received, to negotiate with any qualified proposer, or to cancel in part or in its entirety this RFP process if it is in its best interest to do so without giving any reason whatsoever. This RFP does not commit Institut Keusahawanan Negara to award funding or pay any cost incurred in the preparation of the proposals.
