Jodina Carey has been teaching yoga and meditation for 15 years. Following a performing artist career on Broadway, in 2001, she delved deeper into holistic healing and energy work through in-depth meditation, yoga experiences and mentorships with master teachers. Her Flowintuit™ Yoga classes have an integrative approach that articulates alignment principles to stabilize the mind and body while also weaving subtle body teachings to draw the student deeper into their own innate intelligence. She cultivates a meditative space in order for the body to sync with the frequency of nature through slow-flow movement practices, yoga, breath-work, and sound. The depth of her wisdom allows people to reflect and connect to their own body wisdom while gaining skills for higher intuitive learning and overall greater health.
Andrew Clark practices mindfulness and meditation by merging the ancient wisdom of sound healing with modern crystalline instruments and his natural ability to heal and make music. When a vortex of pure vibration rises out of thin air, something stirs within… Andrew’s restorative sessions are profoundly relaxing as you are lifted into a stream of sound waves that flows through the body and soothes the mind for an experience that is truly beyond words. Crystal sound baths create a healing current of pure electricity that awakens mind, body and soul with a free flow of light energy. Andrew holds certifications in Yoga, Structural Integration bodywork and Reiki energy healing. In 2011 Andrew founded the first vibration healing studio of its kind, 1111 Vibe in Miami Beach where the art of Structural Enlightenment™ evolved to integrate the healing potential of sound and light vibration into current practices of bodywork, movement and medicine.
