[email protected] • Instructions/Submission Form – for urine (required for SDS-PAGE) and/or serum and lithium heparin plasma • Tools – plastic transfer pipettes, 5 each • Falcon® tubes, 1 & 2, 15 ml capacity • Cryo-tube, red top with white label/red lettering – for serum • Cryo-tube, white top with green label – for lithium heparin plasma • Cryo-tubes, A & B, yellow top with yellow label – for urine supernatant • Cryo-tube, orange top with orange label – RNALater, 1 ml, for urine sediment • This kit may be kept at room temperature until ready for use. • Submission for SDS-PAGE Electrophoresis is optional. If requested, urine should be collected prior to renal biopsy, and samples should accompany the renal biopsy shipment. • Please save all packing materials for return shipping. Please pack SDS-PAGE samples in a separate “Ziploc” bag from biopsy.
