89 people have viewed this job The Senior Executive Program Campaign Manager will develop and execute the global strategy and programs targeting Executive audiences including Enterprise CIOs, CISOs, CHROs, senior leaders of shared services organizations and customer experience organizations. The successful candidate will define and drive integrated program strategies to create an executive engagement model and journey from epiphany and awareness to ongoing customer advocacy. This includes partnering with the Senior Executive Program Content Manager to develop an innovative marketing content plan based off of the core thought leadership platforms. Then the candidate will work with the campaign, field marketing, and sales teams to drive these deliverables across global executive programs and channels from physical events, to digital and social tactics. In the end, the purpose of this position is to raise profile of ServiceNow with the executive audience and their influencers in order to increase affinity and accelerate pipeline growth. What you get to do in this role: Build an Omnichannel C-Suite Customer Journey. Shape C-level executives’ perception of ServiceNow as we focus on their business outcomes and delight them with our thought leadership perspective and offerings. Build a personalized digital and in-person high touch marketing strategy through digital (web, video, social, etc) and event engagement vehicles. Create innovative “customer-in” content that inspires senior executives and differentiates ServiceNow as a strategic advisor for CIOs, CSOs, CHROs, Shared Service and Customer Service SVPs. Map content story arcs to select C-level audiences and orchestrate tactics, develop content assets and draft messages that align to the buying stages. Drive thought leadership and awareness which includes the executive briefing center, paid digital and print advertising, paid and earned social, SEM/SEO, and executive events. Incorporate executive programs and content into designated customer conversation campaigns. Accelerate Pipeline and Foster Customer Advocacy. Drive and execute the global C-level campaign strategy. Lead a cross functional team consisting of global marketing programs, campaign marketing, field marketing, corporate communications, product marketing, pre-sales, post-sales, champion enablement, competitive intelligence and customer advocacy to develop and execute ongoing customer-in integrated global marketing campaigns targeting CIO, CISO, CHRO and head of Shared Service and Customer Experience. Leverage the principals of account-based marketing to create a personalized marketing strategy for a targeted set of accounts. Develop “customer-in” marketing strategy, planning and execution of global programs to drive new C-level touchpoints, nurture existing relationships and accelerate pipeline. Build a “create once, use many” model for teams in the form of executive content kits and sales enablement playbooks.” Conduct customer marketing to drive upsell and retention through Executive Briefing Center, account champion enablement, ServiceNow CIO Decisions and ExecConnect, and regional ServiceNow executive dinners/roundtables. Develop a predictive-analytics based marketing model to drive agile marketing tactics, optimize persona-based content, and nurture C-level with personalized messages. Develop budget requirements and optimize spend across creative and execution. Work with marketing operations team to optimize metrics and reporting. Manage Program and Content Strategy for ServiceNow’s Executive Events, which includes CIO Decisions and ExecConnect. Collaborate with ServiceNow executives to create an agenda for CIO Decisions, ServiceNow’s annual CIO summit that drives increased quality of attending CIOs. Propose, identify and help the corporate events team secure inspiring 3rd party speakers and customer speakers for these events. Provide event speakers contextual guidance that supports the program themes and goals – both pre-event and onsite. Collaborate with global field marketing teams to apply learning’s, experiences and content strategies from CIO Decisions and ExecConnect to regional CIO programs. Work with regional marketing teams and global programs to help create the regional executive event strategy inclusive of a scalable content strategy (presentations, speakers and nurturing programs). In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has: 10+ years experience executing high profile, global Executive marketing campaign and content programs – portfolio and experience must include for C-level and/or line of business audiences. Experience managing content/agenda development, speaker and attendee acquisition for high touch C-Level and/or line of business influence events. Experience managing of persona-based audience segmentation and marketing programs, messaging and content mapping to the executive-level buyers journey. Expertise in developing global campaign strategies to include campaign orchestration, message optimization and buying cycle experience. Editorial/publishing mindset that seeks to understand what customers want and then creates the content and journey. Vendor selection and management experience. Hands-on experience developing and executing cutting edge digital marketing strategies, as well as working with marketing automation systems such as Eloqua. High energy, “can do” personality and ability to thrive in a growth environment. Experience operating in an insight-lead marketing organization that uses data to inform strategy and drive analytics-based tactical execution. An innovative mindset, unwavering commitment to creating world-class content, and rigorous focus on execution. Exceptional project management skills; familiarity with agile marketing/scrum methodology a plus.
