Overnight  camping  is  optional   Fee  includes  a  cracker  barrel  on  Friday  night,  meals  on  Saturday,  and   breakfast  on  Sunday   Leave  No  Trace  will  be  enforced   Register  in  the  Trading  Post  at  the  Donald  W.  Reynolds  Scouting  Resource   Center  using  the  attached  registration  form.   For  coed  units  both  male  and  female  adults  (21  +  years  old)  is  mandatory   Physical  is  required  for  all  participants.  (visit  lvacbsa.org  for  current  forms)   This  is  a  competition  and  awards  will  be  awarded   A    “Team”  consists  of  3  to  6  Venturing  Youth.    A  crew  may  have  more  than  one   “Team.”  A  “Team”  may  be  made  up  of  youth  from  different  crews.  Additional   points  will  be  given  if  the  entire  “Team”  completes  the  Adventure.  “Teams”   are  subject  to  change  at  the  event  depending  on  overall  registrations.   Rappelling  –  You  must  be  certified  in  Climb  On  Safely.  (take  course  online  @   myscouting.org)   Aquatics  –  Swim  checks  must  be  completed  PRIOR  to  the  UVC  if  you  want  to   participate  in  water  events.    Each  crew  is  required  to  present  a  list  at  check-­‐in   of  those  who  have  qualified.    (see  the  Guide  to  Safe  Scouting  Aquatics)   Geocaching  –  bring  your  own  GPS.
