Sight-Size Bargue Drawing Instructor: Karen Cope Does Drawing Intimidate You? Arrive at a new level of Confidence behind the Easel as we Delve into the World of Sight-Size Figure Drawing. Karen introduces this Unique Method of Drawing and its tools, by first working Intensively from Old Masters Drawings, then transitioning to working directly from the Model. These Age Old Methods & Techniques have proven to hone skills, solidify process and sharpen eyes that repeatedly shed new light on how to lay down information on paper accurately like you’ve never experienced before. It directly translates to working from a model and quickly boosts confidence behind an easel adding various new tools to your belt. We begin day one with tools, techniques and how to set up your Bargue Drawing; which then leads to Daily Demonstrations, Individual Critiques and Personalized Attention. Later in the week we transition to using these techniques directly from the figure model. This Intensive Workshop will leave you invigorated with a renewed perspective toward drawing that will result in an advance in your paintings and sculpture. ~ All Levels of Experience Welcome ~
