May 1, 2003 Estimado Dr Steve Ante todo muy buenas y felicitarlo por esta pagina, queria que me de descripciones de las manchas que aparecen en la piel en los primeros sintomas(si es perenme por varios dias, son marrones o rojas, producen ardor, picazon al contacto con el alcohol,son asi como pecas, tiempo de duracion etc, donde aparecen), ademas si el dolor de garganta va relacionado de la nada o tambien se produce por una gripe y por cuanto tiempo se produce. Saludos y espero atentamente su gentil respuesta Maestro Beto

Querido Maestro Beto, La erupción asociada a una infección aguda con VIH es generalmente enrojecida, sin comezón ni ardor, y caracterizada por manchas rojas (no marrones y no como pecas) que miden entre 5 y 10 milímetros de diámetro. También, es generalmente simétrica y difusa. Como los otros síntomas de una infección aguda, éste suele aparecer entre 1 y 6 semanas desde el tiempo de la infección y dura entre 1 y 2 semanas.
