SLAS2017 Short Course Program The SLAS2017 Short Course Program provides in-depth instruction on topics, issues and techniques related to the laboratory science and technology community. Please click the course title below to see further details regarding each SLAS2017 Short Course. Short Course Only registration is available; you need not be registered for the SLAS2017 Conference and Exhibition to attend a short course, but must register for the individual course that you wish to attend. IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING COURSE MATERIALS: Courses below listed as 'Laptop Required' require registrants to bring their own computer. Internet and charging stations are provided free of charge in each course room. Software specifics are included within each individual course description. SLAS does not provide computers for course participants. Printed course materials (books, handouts, etc…) will not be available for SLAS2017 short courses. Registered participants will receive access to download materials for the individual course(s) for which they are registered in advance of SLAS2017 and should plan to either print these materials on their own or to bring their own laptop or tablet device to view and take notes within the electronic (PDF) materials during their SLAS2017 course.
