ROOM RATES & RESERVATIONS Please note, sleeping room charges are not included in the conference fee. What is included in the hotel sleeping room group rate is wifi internet, access to fitness center. All conference attendees (including Motorola Solutions employees), must contact the hotel directly to make your reservation and notify them of any changes to your arrival or departure dates. Individuals must identify themselves as being with the 2016 Motorola Smart Public Safety Solutions User Group Conference at the time the reservation is made in order to receive the conference rate. All guests will be asked for a credit card when booking a reservation; however, the card will not be charged until check in. A: All conference attendees are encouraged to stay on property at the Westin Westminster to take advantage of the networking opportunities. However, if you prefer to stay at a different hotel, you are responsible for coordinating your own arrangements and managing the transportation daily to the conference hotel.
