Welcome to the U.S. Attorney's Office for Southern District of Ohio! Benjamin C. Glassman, United States Attorney As part of the U.S. Department of Justice, we are responsible for virtually all federal litigation in the District. This includes criminal prosecutions for violations of federal law, civil lawsuits by and against the government, and actions to collect judgments and restitution on behalf of victims and taxpayers. There are 94 U.S. Attorney's Offices throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands. The Southern District of Ohio has staffed offices in Columbus, Cincinnati, and Dayton. We cover Southern part of Ohio that include 48 counties.
