St. Peter’s Family Health Center, located in Albany’s South End, provides a full range of health care services for the entire family, including pediatric medicine for newborns through age 17; well-child visits (routine, school, sports and camp physicals); immunizations; adolescent health; sick visits by appointment; ADHD care; and hospital/ER follow-up.

Adult medicine services for established patients include routine care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions; preventive health and wellness screenings; routine immunizations and preventive inoculations; routine physicals (including employment, insurance and school physicals); and sick visits by appointment. Our women’s health team of professionals includes physicians, certified nurse midwives, nurse practitioners, professional nurses, social workers, and dietitians experienced in a full spectrum of women’s health issues, including obstetric and gynecologic care. Our financial counselor is on site to assist in obtaining health insurance and paying for health care services including prescriptions. Clinical social workers are available for consultation, assessment and referrals. We offer an after-hours on-call service for 24/7 health care questions. This practice is accepting new patients.
