Best Answer: Always tricky till you get it to work!
First create your data source table in Excel. One row per recipient, one column per item of information. Let's say you have three recipients, Mr A Able, Mrs B Brown and Miss C Carey. The table could be: Title Initial Surname Address Mr A Able 234 Any Street Mrs B Brown 33 High Road Miss C Carey 1 The Crescent Save the spreadsheet and close Excel.
