What is happening? You may be experiencing an occasional "general validation exception error" when logging into the Go365 Mobile app. Why is this happening? Technical issues are causing the occasional error with the IOS version of the Go365 Mobile app. How do I resolve the error? Our IT department is advising to restart your phone instead of removing and reinstalling the Go365 Mobile app. When will it be fixed? Our Mobile app team is working constantly to find a resolution. Currently there is no time frame on when this issue will be resolved. 319 Views

What is Happening? The Go365 challenge system will be undergoing maintenance for enhancements. While undergoing maintenance, challenges will be unavailable. Because of this, there will be delays with step/weight data being transferred to challenges. When is this happening? The maintenance will occur from 10 PM ET on Thursday March 1 through 8 AM ET on Friday March 2. Who is affected? All Go365 users Just the app or the website too? Challenges will not be available on the app or website during the maintenance. What do I need to do? Nothing at this time. When the maintenance is complete, challenge data will be pulled. Please Read This if you are Ordering Gift Codes from the Go365 Mall! Posted by Nick with Go365 Jan 8, 2018 The Go365 recently underwent some updates. We've discovered a couple glitches with the gift code ordering that we wanted to address with you and offer some troubleshooting to avoid the issues. Here is what is happening: Members are not receiving the gift codes via email. They are inadvertently being sent to a test email address. Gift codes for Target, Lowe's, Macy's, and Best Buy are subsequently not appearing in order history. Amazon gift codes, after a short delay, will still appear in order history. Both issues described above will be corrected on January 19. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If you already have made an order and aren't able to access your gift codes, please contact customer care via the message center on go365.com or by calling customer care via the number on your ID card. To assure you get the gift codes sent to your email, please follow the below steps. 1. After you make your selection, go to "View Cart."
2. Click on "Proceed to Checkout".
3. On the Checkout page, look to the left to the shipping information. You'll see an incorrect email address (usually those gift codes get to your email

4. Click on "update shipping and contact information"
5. Reconfirm your physical address. Then make sure you put your correct and current email address in the email fields.
6. Click on "Ship to this address".
7. Go to Order Summary on the right. Click to agree to the Terms and Conditions. Then, "Place Order".

Go365 Mall Order History Error(Jan 2): Users Unable to Access Gift Codes Posted by Nick with Go365 Jan 3, 2018
What is Happening? Many users are unable to access their e-codes from their Mall Order History. Amazon redemption codes are not properly appearing in the order history and therefore can’t be redeemed. The link to the Target gift codes is also not appearing for many users. Therefore, those users can’t enter the challenge key to access their ecodes. What should I do? Nothing at this time. Check back on Wednesday. Our team is aware of the issue and is working on it. Go365/Humana Partnership with Weight Watchers Ended on 12/31/17 Posted by Nick with Go365 Jan 1, 2018
What is happening? As of 1/1/18, the partnership between Weight Watchers and Humana will no longer be in place.
What does this mean? Some members, based on their details, had access to the Weight Watchers program in a subsidized capacity (the first 6 months for free). As of 1/1/18, our plans will no longer offer the subsidy our members.
What if I am in the middle of my six month free subsidy? For those currently enroll in their 6 month free subsidy, Go365/Humana will continue to provide Weight Watchers membership access to actively engaged members until the 6 month free subsidy ends or until the program terms at the plan term date (whichever occurs first). The program will not be available for renewal. New member registrations will not be accepted after 12-31-17.
What happens after the 6 months? At that time, enrolled members will be offered a discounted membership rate from Weight Watchers if they choose to continue. Members who are currently paying for a Weight Watchers membership at a discounted rate will not be impacted.

Beacon Check-Ins Affected by Apple iOs Update- Troubleshooting Information Posted by Nick with Go365 Dec 21, 2017
What is happening? A recent update for iOs is causing the beacon check-in function on the Go365 app to malfunction. What does that mean? You may have experienced one of the following:
I cannot toggle on the beacon function I cannot check in I do not see the beacon in the “choose a beacon function” Why is this happening? The iOs update now requires that each individual app be given separate permission to use location services. How do I resolve this so my beacon check-ins work? Follow this path on the iOs settings: 1. Settings 2. Privacy 3. Find Go365 4. Then select location services to be “Always On” If you don’t change the Go365 app location settings to “Always On”, you will experience one of the errors described above. 1568 Views

What is Happening? The Go365 website (www.go365.com ) and app will be undergoing routine maintenance on Friday Night (Dec 15th) and going into Saturday afternoon. When: Friday at 10 PM ET through Saturday at 1 PM ET What does that mean? The site could be unavailable during this time. Some sections of the site and app, such as the Go365 Mall, may experience errors or will be unavailable while the maintenance is occurring. When should I try to accessing Go365 again? To be safe, wait until Saturday evening or Sunday to access Go365. Once maintenance is complete, the program should work as normal. 414 Views

What’s Happening? Users are experiencing issues logging into the Go365 mobile app. A “login failed” message may appear or the load screen may continue to cycle without loading anything. Who does it affect? App users on both the Android and Apple versions of the Go365 app. When did this start? The morning of Monday, November 6. What do I need to do? Nothing at this time. Our app team is working to resolve the matter. When will it be resolved? Access to the app should be restored shortly. Please try again later today or tomorrow. Garmin Workout Delay (Oct 9) Posted by Nick with Go365 Oct 9, 2017 What’s going on? Garmin workouts may not be transferring to Go365 for some users. Who does it affect? Garmin users who have their account linked to Go365. When did this start? Workouts dating back to Oct 4 may not have transferred to Go365. What should I do? Nothing at this time. Enhanced Go365 Statement Now Available on the Mobile App Posted by Nick with Go365 Sep 1, 2017 Enhanced Go365 Statement Now Available on the Mobile App The Go365 mobile app now has a new and improved Go365 Statement. You can still view the statement by tapping on the link on the main dashboard. You will immediately see that it looks quite different.
The statement now includes a calendar. The dots on the calendar indicate an activity was awarded points on that given day and the category of the activities. You’ll also see circular icons next to each listing that shows what category the activity is from. Wait, there’s more! If you tap a “Daily Workout” listing, you will see all the workout data from a given day. So, yes, this means that your daily workout calendar is now accessible via the app. You will be able to confirm that your workouts are transferring and use that information to determine how your daily workout points were awarded.
These enhancements were added to the most recent version of our iPhone app on August 31. The next Android update will include the changes as well. 789 Views
