Survival of Obligations. Survival of Obligations. Survival of Obligations. Survival of Obligations. All obligations of Employee that by their nature involve performance after the expiration or termination of Employee's employment with Fuling, or that cannot be ascertained to have been fully performed until after the expiration or termination of Employee's employment with Fuling, shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
