THE LONDON GAZETTE, OCTOBER 21, 1884. WILLIAM EVELING, Deceased. Pursuant to the Act of Parliament of 22 and 23 Victoria, cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees." OTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any debts, claims, or demands against the estate of William Eveling, late of Kensingtonvillas, Albany-road, Southsea, in the county of Hants (who died on the 20th day of June, 1884, and whose will was proved on the 6th day of August, 1884, by Matthew Eveling and Walter Eveling, the executors therein named), are hereby required to send in particulars of their debts, claims, or demands to me, the undersigned, one of the executors, on or before the 1st day of December, 1884, after which date the executors will proceed to distribute and appropriate the estate and effects of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which the said executors shall then have had notice ; and the executors will not after that time be liable for the estate and assets so distributed and appropriated, or any part thereof, to any person or persons of whose debts or claims they shall not then have had due notice.—Dated this 15th day of October, 1884.
