The reason to take before food is simply a step to ensure best absorption. Having said that, Total Image Collagen is already made with pure hydrolyzed collagen which has smaller molecules for better and faster absorption. Hence, the 30 minute rule is more of a guide for best practice rather than necessity to ensure effectiveness.

We don’t have a product specifically for acne scars. Since collagen plus contains Vitamin C, it is advisable to leave a gap in between when you take coffee and tea.
