Pelatihan Asisten Apoteker Rumah Sakit Pendahuluan Pelatihan asisten apoteker rumah sakit bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan keahlian dan wawasan asisten apoteker di Rumah Sakit atau Klinik. Asisten Apoteker bisa di bilang salah satu profesi yang sudah lama diketahui dalam pelayanan di ruang lingkup masyarakat luas dan hingga kini profesi asisten apoteker masih sangat dibutuhkan, mengingat jumlah sarana-sarana pelayanan kesehatan khususnya sarana–sarana kefarmasian berkembang terus seiring meningkatnya jumlah penduduk di Indonesia. Peningkatan ilmu kesehatan dan pergeseran paradigma profesi farmasi di bidang pelayanan kesehatan dari drug oriented ke patient oriented, menuntut peningkatan peran tenaga farmasi (Asisten Apoteker dan Farmasis) yang bekerja di rumah sakit, agar kualitas hidup pasien meningkat. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, dibutuhkan peran Asisten Apoteker dalam pelayanan kefarmasian, serta peran Farmasis dalam patient safety dan manajemen obat yang baik. Untuk mendukung pharmaceutical care, peran asisten apoteker dan farmasis di rumah sakit dalam pengelolaan obat harus efisien dan efektif, baik dari seleksi, pengadaan, pendistribusian sampai ke penggunaan yang didukung oleh manajemen keuangan, system informasi manajemen, sumber daya manusia dan manajemen pemasaran. Siklus pengelolaan obat dan pelayanan tersebut harus diketahui dan dikuasai oleh Asisten Apoteker dan Farmasis sebagai tenaga Professional.
